Managing clients' social media and leading integrated campaigns socially is my main goal in this position. Designing mechanism of the campaigns to achieve the best performance in the campaigns based on objectives which contain: A. Campaign philosophy translation in social media (Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, and ....) B. Content planning C. KOL and influencer selection D. Performance optimization, negotiation, and timeline set for influencer marketing E. Campaign execution, monitoring & Reporting

Digikala is the biggest marketplace on Mena, with +200K sellers. There are different types of parameters on sellers' segmentation, from persona to profile performance, NMV, and item sold. I have to collaborate with more than 7 members of the team to handle communications as the main duty smoothly. Seller acquisition from different channels mainly on social media to offline like ATL. Seller loyalty, reactivation, and retention based on marketplace activities, and designing automated communication.

In this role, I've tried to design a process among Marketing activities to achieve iterative algorithms in campaigns. Then, automate the process. So, we have campaign process automation now within approval layers. In addition, integrity among campaigns, designing media plans,s and making communication among teams to know each other value. For example, performance and content teams understand much more about their value propositions.
