Maintain and management of 1 ESXi Host and 12 Windows server OSes on 1 Physical HPE Server. Maintain and troubleshoot of the hardware and the operating systems of 30 PCs and compute devices. Implemented wireless network for 4 warehouses over 20,000 m^2 .

Implemented and managed Kaspersky Endpoint Anti-Virus server for over 450 Windows based OSes. Operating system maintenance for over 500 PCs and portable devices. Hardware and software support for 200pcs of PC peripherals like scanners and printers. Addressed vast variants of technical issues, user errors, and hardware and software malfunctioning.

Alongside 10 other technicians we provided passive networking, on-site and on-call support, for the branches of the mentioned Banks all over the Zanjan province. Troubleshoot and Computer maintenance over 750 PCs, over 200 physical Rackmount servers, more than 1600 IP CCTVs and over 1200 PCs peripherals such as scanners, printers, dot printers. (Across all branches of the mentioned Banks, more than 200 places in total).
