• Tracked completion status of different Allianz entities in a data centres consolidation project management task. • Administered disaster recovery guidelines documentation with a high degree of responsibility for 24 Allianz enterprises around globe • Supported management in preparation and follow up of weekly architecture board meeting (topic alignment, presentations, organization etc.) • Transformed the KPMG risks and issues auditing excel sheet to a new shared issue tracker application.

The DigitalFuture Summit at ESMT Berlin is a student organization at ESMT Berlin, consisting of ESMT Master’s in Management students. The organization hosts an annual conference, the DigitalFuture Summit at ESMT Berlin.

This was about handling the administrative tasks such as coordinating the company's foreign trade with production department, analyzing international trade fairs, communicating with company's foreign costumer. I had a great chance to work simultaneously with my bachelor education for more than 4 years, which gave me a real insight of business world. This job included many business trips around the world, which satisfied my traveling ambition.
