Mohammad Jalili

I collaborate with stakeholders, product and tech teams, and design frontend architecture to develop a dashboard for efficient banking app management. Noteworthy achievement: created a web app for study financing that enables students to easily secure KfW student loans, scholarships, and other funding options.

My main responsibilities involved improving customer-related metrics, adding new features, and evolving the website. I worked closely with my team "core development" and backend colleagues to create APIs required by the features I developed. My primary tools were Angular, Webpack, and TypeScript, while CSS was used to transform designs into reality. I was comfortable with testing my code, creating applications that adhered to current architectural standards, and had a pragmatic approach to decision making.

As a software dev team lead, my responsibilities include defining and communicating technical vision, establishing processes, coaching team development, and coordinating internal and distributed teams. I also define roadmaps and strategies, hire new team members, and organise technical workshops to keep the team up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. My technical expertise includes designing frontend architecture, improving service resilience, and reducing latency.

I have built websites, landing pages, and admin panels for multiple companies utilizing the powerful PHP framework CodeIgniter. Additionally, I have developed RESTful APIs for mobile applications and progressive web apps using CodeIgniter. Furthermore, I have also built RESTful APIs for mobile applications and progressive web apps using NestJS, which is a progressive Node.js framework.

I developed a platform using the Angular framework as a progressive web app. During development, I built custom components such as alert and date picker, which were tailored to work with the Persian language. Additionally, I leveraged Electron to build cross-platform desktop applications.

As a technical leader, I am responsible for making high-level design choices and establishing technical standards that govern software development, such as coding standards, tools, and platforms. Additionally, I evaluate and identify software solutions that align with the organization's goals and requirements.

My responsibilities include designing user interactions for websites, which involves creating an intuitive and engaging user interface that meets the needs of the target audience. In addition to this, I also develop servers and databases for website functionality, ensuring that the website is fast, reliable, and secure.
