Led the commercial sector to expand the business activities locally and internationally. Assigned responsibilities were setting targets, generating income and working across the organization to manage delivery of commercial benefits.

Provided financial advisory including various types of project financing to the members of the federation as the most efficient funding plans for their projects. I was responsible for negotiating with the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran (EGFI), a credit insurance company, to provide various export and import insurance services to the members. Also, administered various activities for project and corporate finances and provided training services for junior members

I was responsible for monitoring the project’s budget, financial reporting, project cash flow management, business plan development and financial analysis. To be more specify¸ some of my duties are summaries as follows: •Planning, administering and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies. •Creating, implementing, and continuously reviewing a financial plan that includes strategies designed to pursue the company’s short and long-term financial goals.

I was project finance manager with particular expertise in PPPs, both in local and international markets. I was actively involved in Infrastructure projects (Power and Energy projects) and advising contractors, financial institutions and host governments on project development, project finance and trade finance transactions. I was managing all project financial negotiations, reporting functions and forwarding reports to senior management.

I was a team leader and responsible for all financial and marketing affairs such as financial analysis, sales, communications, banking operations, business plan development, problem-solving and financial planning.
