In charge of coordinating and managing the Technical Secretariat for a major divestiture process of a relevant public sector real estate asset. Responsible for improving the institutional strategic planning process, by developing a methodology to formulate and communicate strategic assessments to the Board of Directors.

Responsible for coordinating the elaboration of economic feasibility studies, cost benefit analyses, and designing and implementing market and investors’ surveys. Responsible for te integration of an unsolicited proposal for the construction of a 150 beds hospital under the public-private partnership scheme. In charge of elaborating service proposals in order to participarte in tender processes.

Responsible for obtaining funding to support the construction and operation of two toll road projects by elaborating the economic and financial feasibility studies, and structuring and evaluating the tender processes of these projects. Responsible for a due diligence process and valuation of a toll road company operating under the public-private partnership scheme.

In charge of providing consulting services at the subsidiary in Ghana in order to develop and standardize reports to enhance the Management Information System. Commissioned to design and lead a survey aimed at identifying target clients and recommending product enhancements, in order to increase savings and deposits mobilization capacity for the bank’s subsidiaries in Ghana.

Lead the Department of Economics recitations for introductory microeconomics and macroeconomics at the undergraduate level.

Contributed to structure and implement the first public-private partnership projects for local governments in Mexico. In charge of designing a valuation model to establish the credit rating for Mexican municipal governments. Develope a payment mechanism in order to coordinate incentives, share risks, and evaluate service availability and delivery for a public-private partnership contract.

Perform research and teaching duties under. Update and analyze a database on national savings, and its determinants in order to assess their impact on Mexican economic development. Lead the Economics Division macroeconomics recitation at the undergraduate level.
