Bitgrip is a software consultancy company. I was responsible for providing CoreMedia solution to one of its customers. Through the word I did a setup for Jenklines to do CI and CD, Nexus. I wrote a framework to interact with bitgrip customer legacy software. Technoklogies used where Java 8, Spring, JPA and CoreMedia.

eStarta is a big company with more than 300 employees. And about 16 solution architects. I playing a chief role for these architects. Putting development frameworks, software development processes, manage architect time frames and growth, putting testing frameworks, provide trainings to architects. Work with business development, unit manager, business analysis, project managers, and coordinate between them.

at Microsoft I played different roles and developed many products like CRM, Visual Studio Team System, Windows Xp. Windows Vista, Windows 2008, Windows 2003 sp1, and windows xp sp1. I learned to work and manage big projects and complex solutions. I saw different development processes, I say SCRUM fail in sum projects, TDD fails in many. I learned the important of team communications. I was working on huge solutions and learned a lot from that.
