Managing and controlling of all day to day preventative maintenance and breakdown activities on all fixed components. Plan, monitor and control out corrective maintenance activities on the equipment assigned to Nectar as per maintenance schedules in place. Observe and make recommendations to the Technical Manager on any maintenance issues and potential problems. Be proactive in reporting potential issues. Monitor, control daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checks on equipment as required.

Review and make comments for Pre-comm./Commissioning activities Procedures given by Contractor  Attend daily and weekly Pre-comm./ Commissioning meetings  Witnessing and Inspection for Pre-comm./Commissioning activities in gas refinery  Subsystems Walkthrough for RFC, RFSU and RFISU and create punch lists  Signs ICAPS sheets during witnessing/inspection for Pre-comm./Comm. activities which are acceptable  Make/prepare Nitrogen Leak Test Packages with markup P&ID
