Responsible for process continuity and product quality consistency. Using this short time to get to know the site and the people to lead in a very short time the production department. Ultimate responsibility over quality, Safety, production, cost, and people.

I have 4 months contract (student job) on in a professional work environment where I have worked in an area with liabilities over - Safety and quality operations. - Receiving inventory items from suppliers. - Stowed received items to storage areas according to item category and storage standards. - Instructing and coaching new hires during peak times.

I assumed responsibility of operations department with responsibility over 4 line managers, 200 direct/ indirect employees with liabilities over safety, quality, production, RM and FP , day to day operations, creating personal working plans, and performance evaluation. Further, I led and participated in several continuous improvement workshops through unified problem solving, focused improvement, organization performance measurement, work process improvement, and other tools.

I led the plant maintenance program (PM). I have been qualified progressive maintenance leader from P&G global PM pillar in Manchester as a trainer, qualifier, and auditor. I managed the creation of maintenance standards, creation of work processes' structures, training and qualifying processes owners, conducting regional workshops, creating standards, supporting maintenance execution, and coaching.

Managing a production line with 50 direct/indirect employees with liabilities over safety, quality, production, RM and FP , day to day operations, creating personal working plans, and performance evaluation. I created succession plans for a team of 24 employees, promoting 16 employees, building technical capabilities that later transferred to global initiatives’ roles.

I owned the area equipment over 4 Atlas Copco compressors (2 variable and 2 fixed speed compressors), plant HVAC system, water network, waste water, power stations, power system, lighting system, plant soft services and building maintenance. Ownership over budget forecasting, area KPIs setting, creating technical documentation, staffing, and quality validation for the area equipment successfully.

I led several technical projects through all project phases from planning to closure with responsibilities over sourcing, contracting, controlling, executing, purchasing, and communication. I led central and process utilities construction, commissioning and startup in the new P&G baby care plant, Egypt achieving the first vertical startup globally.

Joined the EDC as a special drilling trainee (SDT), a special program designed and sponsored by Maersk drilling, going through different drilling activities practically starting by the roustabout tasks to the rig driller tasks and having all the needed technical trainings (IWCF- Hydraulic – EHS) being prepared to lead one of the EDC on/offshore drilling rigs.

Since I joined in day 1 and I have been chartered to the preventive and predictive maintenance department with a highly capable team working on the planning and execution of the different maintenance activities through different strategies ranging from the corrective and run to fail strategy to the predictive strategy with high focus of learning vibrations analysis, oil analysis,, and thermography technologies.

Master’s in Business Administration and Engineering in the interdisciplinary management field with special focus on project management,business planning, innovation management, supply chain management, and corporate finance.

Studied Bachelor’s in Mechanical engineering with a major specialization in Mechatronics and Robotics at Assiut university, Egypt. Specialization focus on the link between mechanics, electronics and IT sciences with a 2.98 grade average.
