As a highly skilled reliability engineer, I was acting as a deputy team lead for engineering, and was mainly working on high profile projects such as a rout cause analysis report (RCA) on the failure investigation of a well blowout, a Quantitative probability assessment models (FORM) for onshore pipelines, the risk based inspection (RBI) assessment methodology, and quantitative risk analyses of operators’ pipelines using PHAST (DNV software)

As a technical safety specialist in such a small company, I was a key player involved in: • Facilitate, Scribe, and develop reports for several HAZOP/ LOPA/ BowTie and SIL reviews. • Develop new functionalities and assist in problem solving for in-house software • Present and facilitate SIL and HAZOP training workshops on a regular basis • Write and present technical papers in international conference, (Failure rate as per IEC61508)

I was responsible for optimisation and carry out of a pipeline risk assessment tool, the HIRA, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment. • Developed and implemented the Improved HIRA process • Present a paper on the IHIRA in the UKOOA international pipeline conference in Amsterdam • Carry out a Pipeline Risk assessment, and develop an emergency response plan.
