- Within 1 year achieved company strategic roadmap that include key suppliers as Germany (The Korber Group), Italian (COESIA Group), United Kingdom (BAT UK), South African (BAT SA), Singaporean (New Toyo Group) and other suppliers - Achieved a model restructure and significant increase in the inventory turnover by 80% and increase the Operating Performance Ratios by 25%

- Lead and formulate successfully teams up to 50 person in national and international prospective in Bangladesh, USA, Tanzania, Iraq, and Yemen - Successfully lead more than 30 project and program in 3 years in both national and international scale
