Project : Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery (Construction and Commissioning of 6 Substation) Client : KNPC Role & Responsibilities: • Develop company HSE procedures and Hazard and Effect Register. • Participate in the development of Process Safety Asset Integrity Management Processes. • Handled responsibilities of providing effective support in safe system operation. • Investigate the incidents through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) technique and defining HSE KPIs for the company.

Al Zaur Refinery project (SMP Utility areas Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning and Start Up Process). Presently working for Substation, Main Distribution Station, HVAC Work, Energising of electrical Lines etc. Pre commissioning & commissioning of steam boiler, cooling Tower and Air Separation Unit. Risk Assessment, Layers of protection analysis, Safety Integrity Level HAZON and HAZOP Study during the Commission of System. 

Involved in the Job Safety Analysis of Air Blowing, Water Flushing, Lube oil flushing, Mechanical Run Test and Catalyst Loading etc. • Working on inlet gas separator construction & commissioning. • Construction and commissioning of Pipe Rack. • Erection of 90-meter stack. • Erection of 80-meter silo. • Erection of 18000-ton Steel structure. • Erection of 650-ton equipment through stand jack system. • Construction of Sulphur Granulation Plant

Assistant to post-doctoral researcher in Heat Transfer Lab, at Universitat, Magdeburg, assisting in performing different types of experiments and regarding other Educational Purposes.

Review the Company Health, Safety and Environment Policy statements on an annual basis. Devise, develop and monitor effective Local Policy statements/Fire Plans and Fire Risk Assessments strategies and make recommendations on the implementation of these strategies. Handling and Operation of Acetylene and mixture gases Plant. Risk Assessment, Layers of protection analysis, Safety Integrity Level HAZON and HAZOP Study during the operation ,shut down , Maintenance and start up of System.

Preparing HSE Plan. Assessing Risk during the Operation& Maintainence of Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation units. Involved in Safety of process equipment such as fluidized and fixed bed reactor, extractor and dowtherm oil pump etc.
