Position developed in Oil & Gas company, focused on guarantee the reliability on gas & oil industry facilities through a daily NDT program. Create and qualify WPS and PQR based on API, ASME and AWS codes, welders certification through mechanical testings. RCA for failures and documentation. FAI on materials and equipment received from suppliers. Coordination during pipelines, storage tanks and high pressure equipment commissioning.

Technical support for the Manufacturing area in the production of wearing parts for the mining industry. Commissioning for ore transport and processing equipment. Customer service related to technical claims or equipment performance issues. Technical advice to clients in the selection for wear liners used in crushers, grinding mills or other equipment. Estimation of the life cycle in metal parts by trend analysis.

Production control by the monitoring of KPIs related to the nickel ore processing. Field supervision during commissioning and revamping of mining equipment. Preparation of daily operational reports. Statistical analysis of operational trends to increase the performance. Implementation of tests and KPIs. Budget, forecast and LOM estimations. Production and performance Monthly report with YTD comparisons.
