• Continues Integration of 4G/LTE Protocol stack Software (L1, L2/3) developed in C/C++ • SW & Configuration Management (CM) with GIT, Gerrit, ClearCase, Eclipse-Platform, Jenkins and BASE • Technical representative of the Integration team lead, managing the team lead activities • Verification, qualification and delivering SW through Integration test (Full stack FDD/TDD and L1 test with R&S-CMW500, E2E test with ERICSSON eNB, host test ) • Work in a team using agile software development processes

• RNC, Node-B Performance, Capacity and Feature test in multi-UE environment • Software Update, Maintain and trouble shoot of test lab (CN, UTRAN, Test equipment) • Analysis and debug Network issues using NetHawk, Tektronix, Node-B tracing tools, QXDM and support the developers to resolve them

• Support UE vendors to execute IOT sessions against UMTS/HSPA/GSM/GPRS Network • Prepare and develop Master Test Catalogue (Test case definition and setup, Detail execution procedure according to 3GPP & IOT Vendor Forum) • Network configuration (CN, UTRAN), test environment setup according to the test scenarios • Problem Analysis and debug support to identify and resolve the UE & NW related issues

• Test and Verification of Mobile Handset (UMTS / HSDPA / GSM / GPRS / EDGE) based on QUALCOMM, Infineon and Texas Instrument platform • System Test, Customer IOT / Field test, Operator Approval test • Analysis and debugging support to the developer to resolve the observed issues • Customer contacting & Support for product acceptance and to grow business

• Algorithms development for Adaptive Activation of MBMS services and Selection of the optimal mode of transmission between unicast and multicast • Capacity enhancement verification through system lever simulation using MATLAB

• UMTS and GSM Mobile platform performance Test, Analysis and Evaluation through Filed and Lab test using QXDM, QCAT, QPST, Ericsson TEMS, JTAG etc. • Test case definition according to 3GPP, test automation setup and maintenance • Analysis and debug the detected issues and support the developer to resolve them • Follow-up on issues observed during the tests by filing and tracking CRs (Change Requests) • Ensuring that the product qualities according to the standards are met
