As a VPO (VPN network owner), I am responsible for providing on-time and error-free implementation and apply change requests for large WAN and LAN managed network services, my job duties includes -but not limited to- : - Validate and implement complex technical designs for WAN and LAN networks. - Perform end-to-end testing and deliver the final implementation to customer in CAT calls (Customer Acceptance Test). - Deploy changes, migrations and roll-out projects on the existing operational networks.

- Design and implement triple play service networks. - Pre-sales for Wedge security solutions, after sales support and customers' training. - Design and implement passive FTTH GPON networks. - Manage pre-sales activities for systems/networks provided by the company.

- Install different types of devices and transmission lines that construct the ISP's infrastructure. - Troubleshoot failures in devices and transmission trunks (E1s, E3s, STM-1s and STM-4s). - Lead groups of technicians and organize their tasks in installing/maintaining devices and infrastructure in NOOR PoPs at Telecom Egypt’s central offices. - Manage and coordinate the maintenance calendars and the Roll-Back plans. - Manage the postmortems for the operation/maintenance faults recovery.

- Acting as a technical support for customers, observe and control the status and performance of all components of network facilities. - Configuring CPE devices and troubleshoot configuration problems from both Customer’s and Service Provider’s sides. - Troubleshoot/Support MPLS VPN customer's problems (layer 2 and layer 3). - Apply troubleshooting steps and open/update tickets for customers' complaints. - Work on different types of DSLAMs and ISP infra devices.
