Cut off management (coordination with Pick, Sort, Pack, Ship dock, Departments). - Tracking, evaluation and cancellation or reprocess of rejected parcels. - Tracking and evaluation of shipments still in process (between packing and slamming process) - Control of dwelling related with articles not yet picked in the warehouse, packed not yet slammed, weight problems, etc. - Reprocess of shipments not loaded on time, and coordination with Customer Services Department (damaged articles without inventory)
