Get involved in recruiting candidates( screening, telephone contact of suitable candidates,interview schedule).I support interviews and elaborate job offer and contract for suitable candidates.Formation of teams for each project( also, I supported trainings for each project).Administrative issues: preparing the documents,centralization of information,preparing reports.

I started the activity with the position of human resources assistant.I supported the recruiter in his work:screening and telephone interviews.Due to the results, I promoted to the position of Recruiter.Support interviews, offering suitable candidates,Moving in different cities, to recruit;administrative issues.
