Major responsibilities were product development and negotiating with clients. With several major and minor releases, we could reach zero reconciliation-error and enhanced operational processes. It led to reducing costs by laying off 8 staff, reducing churn rate in the first week of trial by 55%, and also improving CLV by 18%. Moreover, I experienced releasing a product that included software and hardware for the first time.

I was responsible for designing value proposition, product roadmap, and product launch. Besides, I was supposed to design user journey and optimizing user experience. Two main results among many other ones were pivots we made based on experimentations. The first pivot was about value proposition which made the product feasible. The second one was regarded to the business model, a change from affiliation to the subscription revenue model. With each one, acquisition and retention KPIs were improved.
