Leading the Data Science team at Freshflow to develop AI-powered forecasting and decision-support that help grocery retailers reduce waste and optimize replenishment for fruits and vegetables.

Continued development within the same role. Increased focus on pricing solutions, particularly for fashion retail customers. Operated and advised customers on strategy, analysis, simulations, and ensured stable SaaS operations. In some cases additionally took over the role of a Solution Architect.

Co-heading a remote and cross-functional team of Data Science Consultants and Solution Architects across EMEA, focused on pricing solutions, deploy & operate, but also product development tasks and sales support. Enabling team members while continuing to contribute in a Data Science Consultant role.

Growing customer-facing responsibility. Took over operational ownership for several services and accounts, including communication, requirement alignment, stable operations and acting as interface between customers and product development.

Started in Karlsruhe with a data integration migration for a grocery client to new APIs and databases. Worked on a product delivering daily order proposals for fresh food, supporting optimal replenishment decisions and requiring reliable and timely data delivery. Moved to Hamburg in 2016, slowly transitioning to a local team with a new product focus in demand forecasting and dynamic pricing.

Worked on-site at banks and insurance clients (Mon–Thu). Fridays were dedicated to training, research, internal projects, and structuring documentation and concepts.
