My current role is that of a New Business Manager within the Admin Service outsourcing (QAdmin) department. The role is to build, oversee and head a new business unit focusing on eRecruitment (flat fee recruitment) agencies, Legal Recruitment agencies, large Recruitment operations and companies running eAdvertisment campaigns on behalbehalf of clients. The goal is to unburden the client from non-core business activity of having redundant in-house admin staff and introducing a better solution

As firm's Co-founder and Business Development Manager for a startup my role is to canvass new clients primarily through direct email marketing, active/passive networking, referrals, cold calling and following warm leads. Responsible for selling services of firm's trained workforce on resource/retained model to provide back-office services like CV sourcing from job boards, candidates non-technical prequalification, Internet research, Complete Admin Support and Advert/Response management

I started as a Trainee Resourcer for a newly established RPO after completing my BS degree. I moved into the capacity of Team Lead after sometime managing a portfolio of 3 clients retaining 5 resources with myself being the main point of contact I gradually made my way to the business development side of the things and took on the position of Business Development Executive by the end of year 2006 selling company's offshore RPO services to the UK recruitment industry
