I joined the ZF Group to build, develop, and lead Autonomous Driving Systems team at new Gelsenkirchen R&D Center. In this role, I also serve as Global Technical Lead Global Technical Lead of L2-L4 Automated Driving System of Systems to coordinate technical design of valid ADAS/AD products and drive multidisciplinary collaboration across teams in Germany, US, France, Poland, UK, Japan, China, and India.

I provided disciplinary management and technical leadership to Aptiv L3/L4 Autonomous Driving OEM Software Architecture team in Wuppertal— Lead Architects, Feature Architect, Platform Architects, Safety Architects, and SOTIF Analyst. I also sustained productive global cooperation between AD architecture and software teams in the US, Poland, France, and China.

In this role, I led, developed, and grew new multidisciplinary Autonomous Driving Pre-Development Sensors and Systems team—5 system technical Leads, 2 System Architects, 5 system engineers—to develop L3/L4 Autonomous vehicles and their enabling technologies to a mature state and fill-in gaps between research and mass production. I also cultivated productive relationships with vehicle programs in various departments and built partnerships with staff of the 34 JLR domain groups to deliver high-quality results

In this role, I served as System Lead of the new JLR Learnt Manoeuvre Pilot (LMP) SAE Level-3 trained parking system with a 10-people team—2 System engineers, 1 System Architect, and 7 Systems/Software Engineers from a Tier-1 supplier.

In this position, I provided technical leadership for Valeo's global distributed software teams—15+ AUTOSAR software developers, 4 AUTOSAR architects, 4 product software architects, 4 overseas software trainers, and 3 software architecture Pre-Experts. Consulted on building software architectures for new ADAS products during entire product development lifecycle.

In this role, I led the development of Valeo's real-time embedded software architecture design, simulation, and verification including the development of analysis methods and toolchain. I deployed them in ADAS project (BMW 35UP Park4U) to solve critical issues of extra OS tasks and reduce stack size to port the software into smaller micro-controller and hence decrease the BOM costs.

As a Software Engineer, I conceived a validation framework for Wireless USB (WUSB) protocol stack (developed for WiPro India), performed validation execution on FPGA hardware for WUSB software including designing of test cases and scenarios, designed wrapper for test cases execution, created a C++ tool to control validation execution, and captured the test results. I also ported the WUSB software stack from Linux based development environment to the embedded environment
