• Involved in heat and mass balance calculation for boilers and HRSGs using PPSD Software (KED) • Preparing the P&I Diagrams and PFD of the plants • Sizing the tubes for heating surfaces and arrangement in the tube bundles • Piping stress calculation in ROHR2 and selection of piping supports • Using AutoCAD for design review the layout and controlling the DWGs • Pressure calculation based on EN 13480 and EN12952 using PROBAD software • Preparing the material for getting the approval from notified body

• 3D modeling of the plate and hybrid heat-exchangers in INVENTOR • Extracting the DWG of the different parts for manufacturing • Design Heat exchangers based on EN13445 code • Using SAP as ERP system • Stress calculation of the plate heat-exchangers in ANSYS • Preparing the calculation for getting the approval from notified body (DNV-GL)

• Extracting the tender document for different equipments of hydro and thermal power plants • Design review of the contractor detail design documents and calculations' • Coordination of the different disciplines like piping, I&C, and electrical to each other • Being involved in performance tests before delivery and assist in commissioning phase
