 Manages the financial accounts, budgets and control activities to meet the information needs of management, group, government and statutory bodies  Plans, directs and co-ordinates the planning and preparation of annual and longer-term capital and operating budgets and submits these for senior management approval  Provides strong commercial management arguments to ensure the continued profitable growth of the business, in particular by exercising influence as part of the Leadership Team

 Controller of the “Outsourcing Business Units” in charge of budgeting, forecasting and actual reporting  Liaises with Product lines and Regions Finance Head to ensure accurate planning and forecasting  Plans and builds the quarterly business case update for BUs and reports to top management and auditors of the post-sales performance vs. initial and latest business case update

 Responsible of Group corporate management reporting (internal and external reporting) including the quarterly financial press releases  Elaboration of financial group analysis including corporate group dashboard reporting to the Board and Audit committee

 Drives the monthly consolidation for half of the Group (equivalent to 30 legal entities + holding entity, approx. 500 millions of Euros revenue) and builds the group cash flow statement  Leader of Balance Sheet review process for all MEA and LATAM legal entities and reporting on findings and follow-up to the group Audit Committee  Participates on the implementation of SOX controls and definition of group accounting policies

 Drives the monthly & quarterly corporate dashboard reporting for the Executive Management, the Audit committee and the Board members  Participation and validation of the forecast and budget processes at corporate level  Active member of the integration process of new acquisitions  Support of strategic projects: Financial Business Plan, Restructuring, Savings plan
