As Area sales manager my role is to perform the following: 1- Keeping existing customers fully satisfied with our services in line with the company's vision. 2-Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates. 3- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit. 4- Collecting customer feedback and market research. 5- maintain customer base growth , with strong after sale relationship

1. Call and visit prospects on location 2. Set appointments with hospital and universities staff and administrators 3. Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory 4. Build relationships with hospital and Universities staff 5. Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices 6. Provide product demonstrations and support 7. Bids application, pricing and documentation 8. Follow up the financial and administrative matters 9. Cash management and stock control

- Knowing customers' needs and making suggestions for services and products that suit them. - Follow up the extent of customer satisfaction after sales and service provision.

1-Receiving customer complaints and providing a solution to their problems. 2- Receive customer suggestions and send them to the relevant departments 3- Submitting a feedback report to the relevant departments to improve services.
