Leading a high-impact Artificial Intelligence team at Afiniti for a major European client, overseeing the management of AI models in production to optimize customer-agent pairings and maximize sales conversion probabilities. Job includes curating the data pipelines, data selection, building models etc.

Created a complete AI recommendation system from scratch that used Genetic Algorithms, Deep Learning, Graph Neural Networks and other components. Also worked on building CI/CD pipelines, AI Ecosystem including training QA leads on how to test the AI systems, devising new variables to see which variables can be helpful etc.

Worked as AI Team lead to deliver proof of concept tools for automated troubleshooting of WiFi networks for one of the vendors in Pakistan.

Worked as 3G optimization engineer for Huawei Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to optimze the rollout of 3G network. Also worked on 2G networks and 4G networks to optimize and design.

Masters in Data Science with Thesis focused on 3D open-set classification models.
