Creating interactive Tableau dashboards that will be Technology Customer Experience Index (T-CEI) to visualize E2E network performance mapped with User Experience on various social media and gaming applications. Use Tableau Prep to prepare and clean data from many sources, execute aggregation or correlation and develop relationships between different vendors. Data extractions for data pipelines can be automated by automating the daily scheduled query, using extensive development in python.

I have been very successful at creating data analytics strategies for my company, building data science and analytics teams from scratch, and making interactive delivery dashboards that give insights and improve network performance. I have used SQL and Python to analyze data and make suggestions for improving network performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs). Tableau was used to look at performance data and make daily dashboards to find places where things could be better.

 Applied time series and seasonality analysis to forecast network performance and build predictive models.  Utilized geospatial data visualization for optimized network planning.  Worked as a data analyst to identify trends in network performance data and suggest fixes to improve user experience.  Developed tools using Excel VBA, SQL, and Microsoft Access to clean data and provide automatic performance reports for vigilant monitoring of telecom networks.
