Create awareness in the company regarding ISO 9001:2008. Ensure the requirements of the Quality System of ISO 9001:2008 in the organization. Educate and train the staff and workers about ISO 9001 and its implementation. Critically examine the Quality Management System of the company. Provide feedback for any improvements in the existing system. Develop, appraise and document all the quality elements of ISO 9001. Assist the management in the formulation of the quality documents.

To Generate the WPS and PQR according to Project Specifications To Control all the Welding Activities: Before, During and After. To sought out the welding discontinuities and make the necessary plan for their repairing/Rectifications. To Prepare the Weld Matrix and Weld Maps. To control and Monitor all the NDE activities. Interpretations of NDT Results such as RT, MT and PT. To prepare the final documentations related to welding activities.

To ensure availability of following documents at work location; a) Work Permits b) Application Standard of latest edition amendment. c) Approved Drawing and Specification of latest revision. d) Quality Plans – authorized & endorsed with signature & company stamp. e) Applicable approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) To ensure that welders to be used are approved by company. Review Welder Qualification Record to ensure their use within qualification validity and range.
