Über mich
Myself Muhammad Jan Brohi. I'm currently doing my Master studies at Hochschule Anhalt where my area of focus is on Molecular Biotechnology. My studies have allowed me to build a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge coupled with decent research and lab skills. Equipped with these skills, I have developed special interests in the areas of proteomics and genetic engineering. Currently, I am at UFZ HelmHoltz (Leipzig) pursuing my master thesis where I have extensively experienced working in S1 labs and my tasks at UFZ range from bacterial growth, genetic manipulation for protein production, isolation and purification of proteins and finally performing activity assay to study bacterial metabolic pathway. These tasks have equipped me with strong laboratory skills and techniques which I'm sure would open doors for me at seeking opportunities to apply my skills, collaborate with talented individuals, and contribute to knowledge.
