• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of different nationwide and international POPs for the smooth operation of dispersed network. • Performed real time monitoring of telephony traffic through MRTG. • Managed and implemented nationwide and international call routing tables. • Ensured swift response to customers by thoroughly analysing their complaints via SS7 and SIP call traces. • Gained sound knowledge of asterisk based VOIP servers, NGN protocols, Juniper routers and Cisco switches.

I did an internship Pakistan Internet Exchange(PIE) Department where I have learned, - Monitoring of internet traffic and bandwidth consumption through MRTG. - Configuring of multiple Routers and Switches . - Visited various core sites of PTCL .
