Adaptive In-Memory Check Pointing in Speculative Parallel Complex Event Processing(CEP). Proposed an extension to the available CEP systems to speculatively process the inconsistent situations while guaranteeing a certain event detection quality. Designed a model for adaptive check pointing that can be used in the speculative processing systems to minimize the latency. Implementation of the proposed extension and the check pointing model and integrated them in ESPER and another Java-based CEP system.
