• To implement MFA (multi-factor authentication). • To maintain IT security and ensure that all endpoints are kept up-to-date to minimize vulnerabilities. • To ensure IT assets are maintained in the EMS Oracle database in line with the asset lifecycle. • To manage the planning, monitoring, maintenance, and update of all IT systems, including laptops, printers, applications, licenses, networks, and servers. • To manage processes like incident management, problem management, change mgmt, and asset management.

• To create and maintain technical documentation for ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS. • To conduct an internal audit for ISO 27001 and the Integrated Management System (IMS). • To install, monitor, and update the WSUS server. • To install, monitor, and update the Additional Domain Controller (ADC). • To configure and support Office 365. • To manage VMs using Nutanix. • To configure Cloud Storage devices (NAS). • To manage the Sophos Firewall. • To manage Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
