Effective tool needs to be developed to calculate the ROI/OG of an activities. CPE has to conduct analysis to see if a particular activity has been effective or not. Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans. Demand forecast by customer/distributor, report on market Intelligence, competitor activities, New Launches/ Re-Launches etc.
