EMSE is a Turkish-based company in which I’m working as a lead project engineer for all the branches of Ministry of Social Affairs and Ministry of Community Development - UAE, Oman Post – Oman, and PHCC Hospital – Bahrain. My duties include projects’ supervision, commissioning, installation & resources allocation all over Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support and server and database administration.

Worked as an IT Support engineer to manage and support IT and management operations by successfully providing functional and technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems, including desktop, laptop, LAN, and remote systems and implementing company policies, practices and procedures including team development, purchasing, inventory control and contract management.

Worked as an IT Support engineer to make sure that all Windows based applications related to end-user infrastructure are working perfectly by talking to clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone. This included printing management services, desktop support services, user login creations using active directory and system maintenance. A part of my job description also had me negotiated with outside vendors on contract fulfillment, obligations and dispatches IT Services.

CEO of a start-up to allow publicly traded companies in the US to communicate with stakeholders, with focus on micro and small cap companies, in the IT and telecom sectors, who were disparaged by the existing media that shun these companies for arbitrary reasons such as having a price per share less than a certain dollar figure, or market capitalization. And, the startup was also responsible to build the social network effect by marketing the news/updates these companies release using ticker tag articles.
