    Contact simulations were performed to investigate the effect of static loads on the assembly of Head up Displays. The prediction quality of the simulations was improved by verifying the simulation results with measurements and investigating the effect of manufacturing tolerances on the simulation results. Sensitivity analysis and parameter uncertainty study was also carried out to investigate the effect of different parameters on simulation results. Best combination of the material properties is determined.
