As part of Ericsson, I am responsible for 24/7 IT operation management (Managed Service) encompassing enterprise applications, infrastructure, service management domains, and solution delivery including IT deployment to ensure effectiveness, smooth transitioning and provision of troubleshooting support to resolve any discrepancies.

As part of Huawei Middle East region, I have successfully completed numerous complex projects with VIVA Bahrain (Saudi Telecom Company), Mobily KSA (Etihad Etisalat Company) and Safe City Makkah under MOI (Ministry of Interior KSA.

While at VIVA Kuwait, I was responsible for the complete program management of technological projects which entailed the budget, change, schedule, revenue profitability, reports and milestone progress.

Head of Business Support Systems (Billing/IR/Mediation/CRM/ERP/BI-DWH/RA/VAS) at Warid Telecom; a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Group with operations spanning across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Congo, Uganda & Ivory Coast. I was responsible for smooth project management (planning & implementation) of the Greenfield project and post live support.

I started my professional career with Mobilink as a Systems Executive in 1997. Owing to my unwavering determination, I was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2001 from where I progressed to Manager in 2004 and finally Senior Manager in 2007. Over the years, my responsibilities included: • Ensuring the availability and reliability of 24/7 uninterrupted Business and Operational Systems support.
