Working as the prime interface towards Facebook to secure strategy execution and business growth. My responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities and drive innovation activities within a defined strategic scope. While monitoring the project, I ensure that the products/services are delivered to the satisfaction of Facebook and the associated partners. I am also accountable for developing the business relation and actively contributing towards a successful partnership.

Responsible for securing product area financial targets and market share commitments. I have created and driven telecom solutions and sales offerings towards operators and OEMs. I supported global operations by providing technical & commercial value argumentation. My primary targets were ensuring quality of work at all levels with the customers, including C-suite, and prove credibility with successful business case generation.

Responsible for analyzing, designing and developing E2E solutions based on customers specifications and business needs. I was engaged in short and long-term service delivery projects by working closely with global teams to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. I supported consultants, account managers during requirement analysis and high level design phases. Projects experience in Europe, Africa and Middle East.

Managed technical problem solving with project war room team. I was required to ensure that the project is fulfilled and delivered in time, with high quality and within budget. During the course of time I delivered value to the customer by analyzing and proposing improvements on customers processes, operations, organization and telecom network. I was responsible to bridge the gap between the marketing unit demands, software developer unit and the telco vendors.

My responsibilities were troubleshooting and resolving live complaints from customers concerning value added services. I was required to gather insights and analyze players, businesses, technologies, behavior and attitudes in the market. Also responsible for business intelligence report for user trends and interaction with marketing units.
