Achievements: -Appreciation letter from director, 2 Performance based increments and promotion to Assistant Manager Position.

Observed ERP backend operations. Participated in Business Process Reengineering operations. Studied “As is” manual processes using flow charts. Drafted “To be” processes with IT integration, after consultation and guidance of SSGC mentors. Learned about insides of IT systems, requirements, compatibility issues, integrations, limitations, control of IT resources for different end users,etc. Also learned about IT policies, IT related inventory management, Software access and usage policies.
