Worked on the project of Modelling and Simulation of Glass fibrous structure. The 3-dimensional fibrous structure is quantified, analyzed and reconstructed with the help of Optical microscopy techniques. The structural properties are characterized and are used to design and rebuild model of reconstructed geometry in Abaqus software. Finite Element simulation is performed to study complex mechanical behavior.

Designed different mechanical products on CAD software. Various methodology were used including NDT methods, Mechanical testing and Metallographic testing etc. to define the failure analysis of products

​Analyzed the various factors affect the life of Blast Furnace and also reviewed different techniques to improve the Blast Furnace life. Designed the Furnace using the software CAD
