    as the concierge, my duties include the day to day runnings of the property aswell as the office, making sure all of our daily activities are followed, liasing with guests, the chairman and private owners, following up on reservations, ensure the upkeep of the property is up to standard update websites to have true and factual information all the time, reply to telephonic or electronic enquuiries, ensuring that my guests recivee thew best possible customer service which i provide every second of the day.
