The aim of the project was to develop a prototype and a complete business plan for one of the company’s stakeholders. Additionally I participated in numerous meetings with several business stakeholders. * Gather and analyse customer requirements, as well as writing business requirement specifications * KPIs metrics selection * Played a key role in designing the prototype which I have later on presented at one of the IBM’s conferences in London
