Borusan Logistics is a subsidiary of Borusan Conglomerate that has many commercial activities around the Globe from South East to US. I am responsible in International Transportation Section where a new acquisition has just been done with BALNAK Transportation. As an HR Business Partner, I am dealing with all HR Items but mostly focused on legal activities and coaching line managers during cultural transition period.

US based well known plane engine manufacturer Pratt & Whitney and one of Turkey’s most esteemed conglomerate KALE came together to build a JV in Free Trade Zone to manufacture aircraft engines especially for F-135 NATO War Planes. I was responsible to lead HR and Admin Crew to cover all needs from HR Function from payroll generation within Free Trade Regulations to employee retention in highly competitive business conditions and diversified labor criteria.

BAT is world’s most international company, showing up in 180 countries as holding 2nd biggest Tobacco Company. Samsun Ops is BAT’s 5th biggest factory in the Globe. As HR BP: Manufacturing, I am responsible of all HR Objectives in a heavily diversified workplace consists of a variety from expats to TEKEL acquisition workers. Union relationship is keyword to manage all workforces. I was direct report of Ops Head of HR and leading all HR Crew separated each other with their concentration.

I took the responsibility of all HR Steps especially recruitment of expats ( Indian, Pakistani, Malesian, Egyptian and etc.) for positions both for blue and white collars in projects of Jeddah Airport Construction and Riyadh Terminal Construction as HR Chief. I have led HR Responsibles on site and tried to cover all HR needs especially filling vacant position, monitoring, reporting wage budget and turning into good relation and trust with Project/ Country Managers into business results on-time.

I was I am involved in every HR Development topics such as Performance Appraisal, Career Succession & Planning and took main responsibility to create orientation system ,METRO Buddy tool implementation for new comers and PR of HR Development using intranet, collaboration and bulletine has been successfully handled majorly by my side.

Recruitment of both white & blue collar associates, delivering trainings especially Orientation & Honda Philisophy Trainings to new associates and leading NH Circles ( Quality Circles in Honda ) and Local & Global NHC Fests . I have also designed HR Training budget and some HR procedures.

Sen Pres and 73 PEPE (subsidiary of Sen Pres) were small entrepreneurships focused on manufacturing, import and export of plumbering materials. I used to work as Personnel Responsible making SGK Insurance records, calculating payroll and overtime, generating disciplinary warnings to employees and communication with Legal Parties if needed.On the other hand I also took part in Import-Export Business by attending exhibitions and communication with Chinese importers.
