- Establishing budgets forecast (a total of 90 000€ ) - Management and reporting of the budget and bank accounts - Supervision of expenditure of each sector (events, parties, sports, communication)

- Reporting and analysis on end-of-life products - Organization of winter and summer sales - Improvement of management and communication on promotional products During this internship, I also had the opportunity to get a professional training within one of the Leroy Merlin's warehouses, and an other training within a Leroy Merlin's distribution center. On this occasion, I could observe the different main activities of a warehouse and a distribution center and learn their inner workings.

Thanks to the Goethe Institution (within the scope of PASCH project), I got the opportunity to do an internship in the German company MIELE. - Overview in the main departments of the company (sales, marketing, accounting, human resources, production...) - Attendance at a marketing meeting - Selling and inventory of vacuum cleaners / refrigerators (2 days) - Visit of the manufactring plant of washing machines in Bielefeld, DE.
