Design and Development of Carbon Fiber clamp using TFP(Tailored Fiber Placement) or AFP(Automated Fiber Placement) to compare the cost and mechanical properties of Carbon Fiber clamp with currently using Aluminum alloy.

Worked as the Design and Production engineer, Almost all my projects were with International clients. I was responsible for the design of part for assemblies for both composite and aluminum structures. Continuous customer feedback is noted and parts are redesigned to their interest, keeping their performance as the epitome. Presentation of miniature designs with the help of 3D printer.

·Studied, Examined & worked on the design improvement of Turbinesat National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd., India, aiming at better efficiency of turbine output. ·Conducted FEM analysis on Steam Turbine Blades using ANSYS. ·Designed the blades in Solidworks.
 ·Identified failures zones on the blades and reported desired design improvements.
