AM of metal parts & tooling for technical efficiency & economic benefits. Creating designs suitable for metal printing using DfAM. Management of the entire database of the print jobs. Optimization of the lead times by managing the production on different printers for respective metal powders. Assigning Post-processing like Heat treatment, powder removal, sand blasting, mechanical reworking etc.

I am working on thermal management of a low power PV inverter using natural convection. Here, at first each indiviadual electronic component of inverter either heat generating or heat sensitive are individually simulated & analysed and then their overall effect is considered with respect to the whole system.

I worked at the thermosimulation department where we would simulate PV inverters of different power ranges using appropriate electronic cooing technologies. I learned alot about thermal management by actually performig thermal simualtions and analysing electronic components individually as well as with respect to the whole system. I used Solidworks and FloEFD mentor graphics during my internship.

Undertook an IT Foundation program with integrated project developemnt, with almost 25 to 32 hours of Lab Work under Infosys Campus Connect program.

I worked on "Design & Analysis of a Cargo Lift" which involved the idea of a unique Design of the model and analyses for better results.
