Shipped "Step AI," an automated language proficiency assessment SaaS product using LLMs to evaluate writing and speaking proficiency, resulting in successful contract renewals with enterprise customers. Scaled examinees’ base from 0 to ~80,000 in 6 months. Co-authored a white paper on LLM integration in language proficiency assessment. Implemented ML-powered exam proctoring and automated speaking skills assessment features, which allowed the Sales team to win RFPs and secure contract renewals since 2024.

Launched a complementary Learnship mobile application, growing MAU from 0 to 800. Led a cross-team GDPR and ePrivacy directive compliance implementation across 7 learner-facing products and 5 teams. Led continuous product discovery for the self-paced learning and assessment platforms, boosting NPS from 40% to 59%. Led the migration from Azure VMs to AKS and then to AWS EKS, incl. cloud DB migration with SLOs increasing from 87% to 99.95% while simultaneously reducing infrastructure costs by 30%
