Television producer, writer, director, host. Myrna Lim Live, Channel 76, airs 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 6:30PM. Also airs on Channel 29.

As President and CEO of the company, direct, organize and manage the daily operations including raising funds, managing and coordinating campaigns, recruiting staff and volunteers, research issues, develop white papers on public policies, etc.

Managed owned commercial, retail and residential properties. Managed construction of tenant improvements and rehab of tenant spaces. Managed tenant relations, bookkeeping, reports. Served as liaison with community and government agencies.

As Planning Commissioner appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Board of Supervisors, initiated and approved policies, plans and codes related to all land use issues and developments, including project approvals. Conducted hearings for approvals of development projects in San Francisco.

As Small Business Commissioner appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Board of Supervisors, initiated and approved policies related to issues affecting small businesses.

Developed multi-family public housing projects in the South of Market area in San Francisco. Managed construction and contract administration. Developed and implement lease up program and procedures in compliance with requirements of governing agencies including HUD, Redevelopment Agency, Mayor's Office, State Housing Program, Tax Credit, etc. Coordinated with South of Market Council and various community groups for approval and project support.

Acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and management of bank properties. Responsible for all aspects of real estate management for 54 bank branches in Washington, Oregon and California.

Building management, leasing, acquisition, disposition, project management, tenant improvements. Managed owned and leased premises including 45 branch locations and over 1 million square feet of office buildings and warehouses.
