• Performed manual and regression testing on Omnivista 8770, ensuring quality and stability for upcoming feature releases. • Configured users and devices, managing user access, device provisioning, and FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, and Security) compliance. • Conducted load testing to validate performance stability with an increased number of OLT-managed devices. • Implemented remote configuration, zero-touch provisioning, and software upgrades for new subscriber deployments.

• Tested event manager policies on 72xx, 76xx, and Catalyst switch platforms for seamless operation. • Played a key role in identifying bugs, maintaining consistency in Bug Filing Rate (BFR), and executing Garbage detection and Trace back detection tests. • Designed and implemented a unified testbed with the latest platform devices, executing test cases migrated from legacy devices. Successfully validated and decommissioned legacy devices after seamless test case porting to the new platform.
