Optical design in Ansys Zemax OpticStudio , Manage development projects for laser optics, technical sales and support

• Hardware adjustment for the Camera Systems in the inspection machines • Image processing using Proprietary software and set up the optics in the inspection machines • Evaluation and testing of the new concepts for the inspection of the customer samples

• Handling of optics and laser sources throughout the project from design to order • Develop the customer specific applications using different laser systems • Installation, repair, and maintenance of laser systems

• Application development with Proprietary software for semi and fully automatic machines for manufacturing and testing of optoelectronic devices • Implementation of customer specific processes such as automatic bonding of lens in opto-electronic devices

• Improvement of the contact resistance in the thin-film solar cells by laser annealing • Optimization of laser parameters such as laser beam sources, laser fluence for laser annealing process • Characterization using various techniques such as Raman spectroscopy, AFM, confocal microscopy and so on

• Laser treatment of solar cell contact layers to improve contact properties • solar cell contact resistance measurement using Transmission Line Method (TLM)
