We are depositing the tickets and collect the proper amounts for customers journays. We offer suplimentary customer service in case of delays, noshows or flight cancel. We make also bookings in CRS Amadeus for extra Customers.

I was taking care of the good running of the everyday activities by the Bistro for which i was in charge. Billing and statistik, stocktaking at the end of the mounth and new employees lerning and motivate were my main objectives.

• Assist customers in getting lodging reservations and tickets. • Help clients plan holidays or business trips based on their budget, itinerary and other requirements. • Provide information on customs regulations, requirements (such as visas, passports, etc) and currency exchange. • Issue tickets and collect payment. • Make transportation, accommodation, tour and recreation arrangements for incoming and outgoing. • Run promotion campaigns of tour packages.

• Consult and advise the public and business on their travel or holiday plans. • Give information on accommodation, transport and places of interest. • Book accommodation, transport, tours and cruises. • Prepare itineraries. • Perform general administration duties.

• Greet customers and promote incoming services. • Book a client's flights, cruises, and hotel accommodations. • Sell insurances. • Research and develop information on tours and destinations.

• Call customers and make a daily program to deliver the products • Enter informations into company database • Involved in providing statistics aspects of sales/ accounting • Respond to customer complaints.
