Sourcing is also accountable for the tools and services that guide employees through purchasing (Expenses, Card program, Travel, Contingent labor).

Global lead for all Professional Services, Real Estate, FM and General Services procurement activities. Leading team of Global Category Directors, Regional Managers in EMEA, LATAM and the USA covering multi-billion dollars spend.

Expanded previous responsibilities to also include Latin America and Global Shared Service Centres, leading a team of 80+ persons being responsible for all sourcing delivery practice team and our Shared Service Centres.

Shape and drive the execution of both short- and long-term Sourcing & Procurement strategic business plans, overseeing and motivating the efforts of a 60-members team dispersed across 22 Emea and Asian locations to manage multi-Billions spend.
